SOLUTION: This Bifidobacterium proliferation-promoting substance contains high-purity oligosaccharides as an active ingredient and the daily intake of the substance is 1.5-10 g. The intestinal function-controlling substance contains the above Bifidobacterium proliferation- promoting substance and an antioxidant food as active ingredients and daily intake of the Bifidobacterium proliferation-promoting substance is 1.5-10 g and daily intake of the antioxidant food is 0.5-2 g.
