PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which enables a user to quickly generate, manage, and uses a violation evidence which has a high evidence capability and is the violation of shortage of a proper distance between cars.;SOLUTION: A violation evidence generator S is constituted by electronically connecting a distance measuring mechanism 1 which calculates the distance between designated points marked on car bodies in a scanning picture by operation of a computer 6 in accordance with scanning picture data obtained by a high-speed laser scanner 9, a GPS latitude and longitude measuring machine 2, a clock 3, a speedometer 4, a number input device 5, the computer 6 which processes electronic information obtained from them, and a printer 7 which outputs processed data to a violation ticket K, and this generator S is mounted on a patrol car A. A preceding running car C and a following violating car B which are running on the same lane are scanned from the patrol car A running on another lane by the violation evidence generator S, and simultaneously obtained data are taken into the computer 6 and are subjected to information processing together with inputted vehicle register number data and are outputted to the violation ticket K from the printer 7.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
