BLANKING, BLANKED PART OBTAINED THROUGH BLANKING, LAMINATED IRON CORE USING THE BLANKED PARTS, AND ELECTROMAGNETIC DEVICE USING THE LAMINATED IRON CORE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blanking method which can reduce the quantity of waste material left after iron core sheets are blanked from a hoop material. ;SOLUTION: In this blanking method, when an iron core sheet 26 is blanked from a hoop material 30 in a press, on a waste material 34 of the hoop material 30 from the side edge of the sheet 26 are made continuous to both ends of the hoop material 30 in the width direction, whereby the waste material 34 of the hoop 30 after completion of the blanking is separated from its parts blanked at the small projections 33. Thereby when the sheet 26 is blanked, the waste material 34, which tend to be led out continuously in a long form, is cut into small pieces, while eliminating the need for provision of a special facility.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
