BREEDING OF CATTLE BY UTILIZING WOODY MATERIALS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for breeding cattle by utilizing woody materials by which the cattle such as a cow and a pig are safely, efficiently and cheaply bred by utilizing the woody materials as an industrial waste. SOLUTION: Woody materials are compressed, and the compressed woody materials are mixed with an auxiliary fodder obtained by pulverizing vegetable or the like, and a fermentation-promoter such as rice bran. The obtained mixture is stirred while controlling the water content and the temperature under an anaerobic condition to promote the fermentation and to provide a fermented fodder. The obtained fodder is fed to cattle such as a cow and a pig. The method for breeding the cattle by utilizing the woody materials provides the safe, efficient and cheap breeding of the cattle such as the cow and the pig by utilizing the woody materials. As a result, not only the woody materials as industrial wastes are disposed, but also the earnings of a cattle farmer is increased and the job is reduced.
