PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system capable of shortening registering time at the time of registering received address and name in a name record and reducing labor for transferring registered contents by storing the name record as a data base. SOLUTION: Address data are quoted from a telephone number data base 7 and a zip code data base 8. A telephone number and a zip code are inputted to a display incorporated type tablet 1 by an electronic pen. A name having the possibility of misrecognition is stored as image data, a bar code corresponding to the image data is printed on a label and the label is stuck to a gift envelop or the like. After the end of reception, the bar code is read out by a bar code reader 5 and its image data are displayed on a screen and converted into text characters to check them. When the contents of text characters are different from the image data, the contents are quickly corrected and an amount is inputted.
