PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system to manufacture a model constituted of a spherical body free to develop a new, low cost, high quality and multifunction product in a short period of time and a method to manufacture the model constituted of the spherical body. ;SOLUTION: A system to manufacture a model constituted of spherical bodies on a table of an NC machine tool such as a machining center is furnished with a plural number of adhesive balls 2 arranged among a large number of the spherical bodies 1 provided in parallel and in layers to constitute the model of steel balls, ceramic balls, wooden balls, etc., and adhesive balls 2 to adhere these spherical bodies with each other, a head 3 for adhesive ball movement installed on a main spindle of the NC machine tool and to carry the adhesive balls 2 to specified positions and an adhesive ball carrying set mechanism 4 to carry and set the adhesive balls 2 among the specified spherical bodies 1 by moving and controlling this head 3 for adhesive ball movement.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
