PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the working load of an operator of a system which distributes the result of application execution to every user. SOLUTION: The results of application execution needed by users 100 are collectively acquired and stored in an execution result storage part 2. A distribution information storage part 3 stores distribution condition information 3a showing the extraction conditions of only the contents of report 1 requested by the users 100 and distribution destination information 3b showing the distribution destinations of report 1 by correlating both sets of information on the basis of execution results. For instance, the contents of report 1 are extracted from the application execution results by a distribution instruction 4 of a system operator and according to the extracting conditions (S101). An electronic mail 5 addressed to the user 100 who requested the report 1 is produced on the basis of the information 3b, and the report 1 is attached to the mail 5 (S102). The mail 5 is automatically sent to the users 100 via a mail server 6.
