PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly process sorting, stapling, both-surface printing, etc., set by set, even when plural sets of print data are outputted as one job by taking part of print data out of received print data and outputting them together with the number of sets to be printed. ;SOLUTION: Application software which output sets of print data as one job is registered in advance. When received information is registered output, one page of print data is received, one is added to a variable for counting the number of received pages, and the print data of the one received page are stored, which is repeated (S203 to 206). The total number of pages is divided by the specified number of sets to find the number AP of pages per set (S207). The number AP of the print data from the 1st page are left and other print data are discarded (S208). The print data of one set are sent to a printer server computer (S210).;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
