PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a stay of clean water by arranging a water passing member in the middle of circulating piping, and installing a water delivery member or a plug in a takeout port of the water passing member. ;SOLUTION: A short projecting tubular takeout port 23 is arranged between a first passing port 21 and a second passing port 22, and a plug 26 is thread- mounted on the takeout port 23 to form a T-shaped water passing member 20. The takeout port 23 of the water passing member 20 is fitted to an opening of a plate 17, and the water passing member 20 is arranged on the back side of the plate 17 to form a piping connecting member. The piping connecting member may be formed by arranging the water passing member 20 for water supply and the water passing member for hot water supply in parallel to a single plate 17. When constructing piping equipment for clean water, the liquid flowing upstream side of circulating piping arranged in a building is connected to, for example, the first passing port 21 of the piping connecting member, and the liquid flowing downstream side is connected to a second passing port 22 to thereby eliminate a stay of the clean water.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
