PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time until service personnel dispatch by instantaneously calling a person in charge, and to prevent a dispatch confirmation loss at the time of operating service personnel dispatch confirmation through off-line. SOLUTION: A dispatch request to which failure contents are attached is facsimile transmitted from a reception center 1 (3), and a facsimile equipment 2A at a service base 2 requests service personnel dispatch to a person in charge by a preliminarily registered informing means (sound, light, telephone line) (4), and the person in charge who receives the information instantaneously dispatches a service man, and operates dispatch confirmation by the facsimile equipment to the reception center 1 (5). The reception center 1 inquires whether or not the dispatch confirmation is operated to the service base 2 when the dispatch confirmation is not operated after the lapse of a specific time (6). When the dispatch confirmation is not operated by the facsimile, the reception center 1 calls the service base 2 for confirming the dispatch situation (7).
