PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulating and irrigating system for irrigation water capable of reducing water consumption, conserving the water quality, protecting environments and further reducing farm working. ;SOLUTION: This circulating and irrigating system for irrigation water is obtained by installing water feed ports 61 for feeding the irrigation water fed from a water feed pipe 51 to cultivation plots 42 on one side of the cultivation plots 42, providing water level setters 62 for discharging excessive irrigation water of the cultivation plot 42 to a drainage channel 52 and regulating the water levels in the cultivation plots 42 on the other side of the cultivation plots 42 and further arranging a pump equipment 53 for circulating and feeding the irrigation water discharged to the drainage channel 52 to the water feed pipe 51.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
