PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable installation of a retail terminal while widely moving it to the various places of a retail shop with comparative miniaturization by determining plural second ratchet teeth inside a supporting structure and fitting plural first ratchet teeth with the plural second ratchet teeth. ;SOLUTION: An inclining mechanism 56 is provided with a pair of conical holders 112, a pair of ratchet members 114, a pair of attachments 116 and a pair of terminal caps 118. Several ratchet teeth 120 fixed inside the ratchet members 114 are fitted with several ratchet teeth 122 fixed inside a supporting structure 124 of the inclining mechanism 56, and a core module assembly 12 is locked or fixed at any one of several relative positions on an install stand 58 of a basic assembly 18.
