PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means to peel the ceramic heat insulation coating of a gas turbine part without corroding an adhesion coating. SOLUTION: First, most of a ceramic layer is peeled through wet type chemical treatment using a chemical solution and an autoclave device. A treatment condition is carefully controlled so that a ceramic layer is peeled without corroding or peeling an adhesion coating through the chemical treatment. Secondly, at a mechanical polishing step, all of a remaining ceramic layer and an adhesion coating having thickness higher than that of the part, where chemical properties are changed through chemical treatment, of the adhesion coating are peeled.
