PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight polypropylene mesh sheet for construction works, which has high strength and excellent flexibility, crease resistance and folding properties, in which no grain displacement is generated and which has superior flame retardancy and weather resistance. ;SOLUTION: The mesh sheet is obtained by using a polypropylene multifilament 2 and a polypropylene monofilament 3 as warp and weft and weaving and knitting them. A core-sheath type composite monofilament composed of a core layer consisting of a polypropylene high melting-point component 4 containing a light stabilizer and a sheath layer made up of a polypropylene low melting-point component 5 comprising a flame retarder, an ultraviolet light absorber and an acid adsorbent is used as the polypropylene monofilament 3 at that time, and the intersections of warp and weft are thermally welded and sealed by the polypropylene low melting-point component.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
