PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently support an operation to assign persons in charge to disaster measure items to be dealt with in case of a disaster.;SOLUTION: The disaster measure operation management support device has at least one input/output device 101 which accepts inputs from users, an input/output part 102 which exchanges information with the input/output device and accepts assignment requests from disaster measure operations, an assignment management part 107 which manages who is in charge of a disaster measure item to be dealt with, an item monitor part 108 which extracts the disaster measure operation to be deal with immediately although no person in charge is assigned according to the emergency and importance of the disaster measure operation, and an assignment part 109 which determines a person to be put in charge of the disaster measure operation or candidate according to information on a department, a position or the like, to deal with the extracted disaster measure operation and information on the department and position of gathering persons.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
