PURPOSE: To obtain deaerated water with lower dissolved oxygen concentration by supplying raw water corresponding to use quantity of the deaerated water to a deaerator. ;CONSTITUTION: In the deaerator connected with a deaerating module 8 to a raw water line 6 between a feed water supply part 1 and a deaerated water tank 2, plural water level corresponding means 3, 4, 5 worked stepwise corresponding to the water level are provided in the deaerated water tank 2, and the flow rate of raw water passed through the deaerating module 8 is adjusted for every a working range of the respective means and the deaerated water is continuously fed to the deaerated water tank 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
