PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compatibilized polyester/polyolefin resin composition by melt-kneading a polyester resin (A) with a polyolefin resin (B) and an epoxy- containing ethylene copolymer (C). ;SOLUTION: It is desirable that component A is a polyethylene terephthalate resin, component B is polyethylene or polypropylene, and the mixing ratio between both is (1-99):(99-1). Component C is a copolymer comprising 20-99.9 wt.% ethylene units, 0.1-30 wt.% epoxy-containing monomer (D) units, and 0-50 wt.% ethylenically unsaturated ester units and having a number-average molecular weight of 10,000-100,000 and a melt index of 0.5-100 g/10 min and is used in an amount of 0.1-100 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt., in total, components A and B.
