PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily securable the positional relation between an electrode part and a partition part within a specified range by selectively forming the electrode part with a material quality different from partition forming planes as an electrode forming part in a mold and simultaneously providing therein a plane with a material quality which enables the formed electrode part to be easily released and transferred to the rear side substrate.;SOLUTION: A metallic mold used for press molding is prepared and coated with a photoresist. The photoresist, remaining on an electrode forming part as a result of an alignment exposure using a photomask or the like, is exposed to be made soluble in a developer and removed by using a developer (e). Subsequently, an epoxy adhesive 120 and epoxy melamine resin 110 are successively applied on the electrode forming part and hardened. Stuff swelled out from the specified electrode forming part is released with an adhesive cellophane tape or the like and removed. A layer of a releasable material composed of hardened UV hardening paste is formed only on a part without any fluorine release agent, i.e., the electrode forming part (f).
