Die set type powder molding press machine

PURPOSE: To simplify a die set system powder forming press, to attain its high performance, and to improve reliability, etc. ;CONSTITUTION: Drive shafts 5a to 5g corresponding to each of die holding plates, that is, punch plates 1a to 1f and a core rod 1g, are provided on the press side. Also, coupling means including a freely attachable and detachable couple among respective drive shafts 5a to 5g having an operation and position adjusting mechanism and the punch plates 1a to 1f and the core rod 1g, are provided, and a constitution without the drive mechanism of a die on the die set side is adopted. Consequently, the mechanisms for driving are concentrated on the press side to make a structure simple. Also, deterioration factors in performance and reliability is made less, the high performance of the press and improvement in reliability are attained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
