SOLUTION: When the character is inputted by the information processor, an instruction to illustrate the point, line, squama and dash, etc., being a part of the inputted character is discriminated, then the character is converted to the preliminarily stored illustrated mark corresponding to the point, line, squama and dash, etc., and is outputted. By the respective marks, the character is made more beautiful, vigorous, impressive and conspicuous by changing position, size and angle, etc., somewhat in accordance with the shape of the character to be marked.
