PURPOSE: To economically execute miniaturization concerning the multi-highway system of a digital exchange where line extension or function extension is easily executed. ;CONSTITUTION: A time switch 2 exchanging the time slots of a highway 1 and a card slot 4 which is connected with the highway 1 and where a card 3 containing plural lines or circuits is inserted are provided in the digital exchange where the various kinds of timing signals are distributed from the time switch 2 by multi-connection in the all plural card slot groups 5 or at every specified number of the plural card slot group 5 consisting of the plural card slots 4 and also the highway 1 is made into plurality or multiplicity so as to be allocated to one, at least, of the plural card slot groups 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
