PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulation apparatus easily installable in a carbonization chamber in a short time without using a large-sized heavy equipment and provide its installation method. ;SOLUTION: This heat-insulation apparatus is a combination of a heat- insulation box 21 divided into several blocks in the introducing direction of the box into a carbonization chamber 31 and having wheels 24 under the block to enable the transportation by human power, a connecting part having a protrusion and a recess to enable easy engagement and guide plates 1-1, 1-2 divided to small pieces and having guide parts 3, 8 to guide the wheels 24 of each heat-insulation box 21. The heat-insulation boxes are successively introduced into the bottom of the carbonization chamber 31, connected with each other by fitting the protrusion and the recess of the divided guide plates 1-1, 1-2, successively pushed into the carbonization chamber 31 by human power and connected with each other by guiding the wheels 24 under the heat-insulation box with the guiding parts 3, 8 of the guide plate 1-1, 1-2 to enable the easy and quick installation of the heat-insulation apparatus in the carbonization chamber.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
