SIX-COMPONENT FORCE/MOMENT SENSOR AND ITS CASE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 6-component force/moment sensor which can make mutual interference error and sag smaller than the conventional 6-component force/moment sensor with the same force and capacity of moment. SOLUTION: A detecting part 30 of a sensor for detecting a force Fz and moments Mx and My is constituted to make a cross at a center as a load transfer block 24 wherein the same size plate supplements 1-4 are positioned in the upper part. A detecting part 40 of a sensor for detecting forces Fx, Fy and a moment Mz is constituted to make the same size plane supplements 5-12 form a square for detecting the forces Fx and Fy, and make a cross at a center as a load transfer block 24' wherein the same size plate supplements 13-16 are positioned in the lower part. Fixing blocks B1-B8 fix a body and the respective supplements 1-16 and constitutes one body.
