It is an anticorrosive Pigment formulation of low Environmental Impact based on Calcium acid phosphate.Used as a Pigment and Chalk Active zinc oxide; pH Regulators as Pigments and Titanium dioxide as pigmentocubr purposes.The formulation of Environmental bajoimpacto proposal anticorrosive Pigment composition is characterized by the following: 191% of Calcium acid phosphate (Pigment Active Corrosion Inhibitor), 10.8% (2 decalcio Chalk CARBONATE), 2.4% 12.6% zinc oxide and Titanium dioxide.We describe the composition of a revestimientoanticorrosivo characterized by the above formulation contain Pigment and a Binder consisting of unaresina type lquid PureWith uncontenido Solids from 49 - 51% and Oil content, Resin, 52%.The Procedure of preparation of Calcium acid phosphate, active anticorrosive Pigment formulation, involves a process of precipitation from a quantity q of Phosphoric acid.Obtained from laexpresion 5693 / p = R (R = Wealth of Phosphoric acid and Calcium Hydroxide a Number C such that c = 4300 / R (R = Wealth decalcioempleado Hydroxide).The Components are mixed in the following way: The Acid is diluted with 10 times volume of water and hydroxide is added decalcio with Continuous Shaking for two hours.The precipitate obtained was filtered, washed, dried and sifted through a Sieve. Deemplearlo 175 before the Pigment formulation.
