Principle to improve the yield of cutting components for diamond disks andbits used to cut into reinforced concrete

This essentially consists of producing cutting components wherein thediamonds are distributed in a predetermined manner according to the materialsto be cut. The advantage of the principle is the possibility to produceidentical cutting components, hence an improved yield, reduce the number ofdiamonds per cutting component and reduce the wear of the punch mould whereinthe components undergo cold compression. At the present time, diamonds whichbecome stuck between the walls of the mould and the punch result in thefrequent replacement of moulds and punches.IMAGE
