PROCEEDINGS FOR ENZIC HYDRYSIS OF THE PROTECTION OF THE TECHNOLOGY OF THE CHANGE OF MAFERS IN A AQUAUS MISTURE, FOR THE ADDRESS IN HEPARINA'S SOCIAL PHASE, AND FOR THE EXTRACTION OF HEPARINA, AND HEPARINA." The invention concerns a simplified procedure for extraction of heparin from the tissue of the animal mucosa. The process consists of a step of enzymatic hydrolysis of raw material at room temperature,followed by hydrolysis up to six hours in a temperature of 50 to 75th. The increase in temperature is obtained by easy means. The digestion mixture can still be incubated during cooling at room temperature. Heparin is recovered from the anion exchange present in the protein hydrolysate.
