A method for transporting and erecting an off-shore stationary platform using the complex for erecting an off-shore stationary platform having the body and supporting legs comprising a pontoon provided with lifting means, characterized in that for transporting the body of the off-shore stationary platform is placed on the side walls of the floating dock so that the supporting legs are arranged beyond the side walls having lifting means, said lifting means are provided with devices for securing to platform body, whist the supporting portions of the legs are arranged below the main plane of the floating dock, and when approaching to the anchoring location, the platform is raised by said lifting means to the level when the supporting portions of the legs reachthe level of the main plane of the floating dock, after which, using said lifting means, the platform is lowered to the sea bottom, then, using devices for securing, the floating dock is secured to the platform body and further said supporting legs are driven into the sea bottom, and after that the floating dock is disconnected from the platform body and move it away from the erection site.
