This invention is based on the construction of PVC profile using the technique of rolling cylinders of Teflon or some other material, figure 1A A+B. The cylinders are engraved with the projections and depressions for both the upper and lower surface of the PVC profile. These cylinders are linked by arms at the front and back, left and right, the length of which can be adjusted to achieve various curvatures with diameters 1A, B1 and B2. The movement of the arms and the cylinders is achieved by three reducing gears, figure 1A, C1, C2, C3. To support and hold the PVC profile there is a rod which, by pins and female sockets on each PVC profile, holds the profiles in a fixed position. This rod, figure 1A N is supported by a link adjustable for length 1A D which sets the radius. For functionality there are two heat chambers, figure 1, 1 and 2. On the side of the heat chamber there are ports for the ends of the PVC profiles to exit which do not need heating for the use of a long length of PVC profile and the production of a integrated hollow frame. Another important component is the elevator which raises the base which supports the system of arms and rolling cylinders. On completion of the curve the bead of the curve is added which is fastened to the upper channel of the PVC profile on its vertical dimension and is fastened to the PVC profile. This methods gives improved production of curves at zero cost.
