The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I) wherein only one of R, R ', R "and R' '' represents C 1-3 alkyl, the rest being hydrogen, and their acid addition salts with physiologically acceptable organic or inorganic acids. The present invention further provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising a pharmaceutically effective amount of a compound of Formula I or a physiologically acceptable organic or inorganic acid salt thereof together with at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
