摘要
Incorporation of metallic ions into acidic, Broensted-centre containing synthetic and natural aluminum-silicate or aluminum-phosphate-derivatives, preferably zeolites or zeolite-structured aluminum-phosphates. The silicon is partially substituted and the aluminum-containing, silicic acid-based materials have medium porosity. A solid state reaction at elevated temperatures between the existing or formed Broensted acid centres and the metals which had been previously ground together. The mixture of micro-crystalline derivatives and metal powders, produced by rubbing or grinding is heated in an inert gas stream, preferably of nitrogen, or in a vacuum at 250-700 degreesC. A solid state redox reaction takes place, during which time the protons forming part of the Broensted-acid centres are reduced to molecular hydrogen and the metallic component is oxidized to cations suitable for incorporation into the grid of the aluminum-silicate- or aluminum-phosphate-derivative.
