The invention relates to the processes for sunflower oil purification of phosphatides and can be applied in the oil and fat industry.The oil of the sunflower hybrid seeds is obtained by treatment with water subject to electrolysis. In the capacity of agent is used catholyte with the value pH 9,5…10,5.The result consists in decreasing the phosphatide remaining content in the sunflower oil.
