Measurement of urine pressure at various flow rates to establish male isovolumetric bladder pressure for diagnostic purposes

An incontinence condom (1) has lines (2,3) to pipes (4,5) of different diameters. Remotely-controlled pneumatic valves (6,8) vary the urine flow without stopping it altogether. A further pipe (7) leads to a pressure gauge. Plotting pressure against flow and extrapolating the results by linear regression establishes the isovolumetric bladder pressure.
