Retrieval/hauling member 8 is attachable to a retrieval cable (not shown) via lug 18 of arm 17. After jumping and releasing of the jumper from unit 2 member 8 is closed and lowered down the bungy cord, and releasably engages with unit 2, for cord retrieval.
