Determination of pregnancy in ruminants using a relaxin-like factor (RLF)

A diagnostic agent and method to determine pregnancy in ruminants based on a relaxin-like factor determinable in ruminants. The agent also relates to the antibodies against the relaxin-like factor in ruminants and against fragments and/or active derivatives with identical immunogenicity. The primary sequence of a relaxin-like factor is shown in Figure 1 which is derived from cattle.
