PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drinking water dispenser wherein the drinking water in a bag-in-box type vessel ready for drinking always as hot water or chilled water while a reservoir tank and piping system are periodically heated/sterilized. ;SOLUTION: A drinking water W is provided, ready for drinking, through a supply piping 2 from a drinking water vessel 1. A hot water tank 3 wherein, a heating device 5 provided, the drinking water W is reserved, and a chilled tank 4 comprising a cooling machine 6 are provided in the supply piping 2 for allowing the piping system to be heated for sterilization, with a device for cooling the drinking-water vessel 1 provided. Here, the hot water tank 3 and the chilled water tank 4 are connected together with an interconnecting piping 11 through a circulation pump 9 and a circulation solenoid valve 10, and hot water is circulated in the piping system for internal sterilization.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
