CRYSTALLINE POLYMER BLENDS CONTAINING LOW MOLECULAR WEIGHT POLY(PHENYLENE ETHER) RESIN

摘要

Blends of polyphenylene ether resins and crystalline resins wherein thepolyphenylene ether resins have an intrinsic viscosity less than about 0.30 dl/gmare provided. The blends have increased heat distortion temperatures overcompositions containing a polyphenylene ether resin with a greater intrinsicviscosity. The blends may further contain compatibilizing agent, impactmodifiers, and reinforcing fillers.
