The present invention is to provide aconcentration measuring apparatus, a test strip for theconcentration measuring apparatus, a biosensor system and amethod for forming terminals of the test strip, whereby acomponent to be measured can be measured by the test stripfit to the target component to be measured. A type judgement electrode (104) is providedseparately from a positive electrode (102) and a negativeelectrode (103) in a measuring apparatus (101) so as tojudge the type of a set test strip with the measuringapparatus. Thus only when a test strip (115) matching themeasuring apparatus is set, the type judgement electrode iselectrically connected to a terminal of the set test strip,enabling the measuring apparatus to measure a component tobe measured in a liquid test sample. A measuring apparatus(251) detects a calibration curve information selectionchange for selecting a calibration curve informationcorresponding to a production lot of the set test stripthereby to compensate for an error in a measuredconcentration value of the component.
