The system object of the present invention allows (i) measuring the geometric and color information pieces, (ii) constructing a geometrical representation of the same suitable for introduction and efficient handling in CAD (Computer Aided Design) environment and in the case homogeneous parts, (iii) objectively quantify its chromatic behavior. The operation of the invention is entirely automatic: mission reducing operator to locate the parts in the platform part to define the sequence of positions to study and launch the various procedures in the desired order (either directly or through a procedure teacher). Basically the system comprises one or more computers imaging (8) (9), appropriate digitizing equipment and storage (2) (3) image, a positioning system (11) (12) (13) (14) with the corresponding control unit (5) for controlled parts (10) movement, a light projector structured (6), a light projector which need not be structured (7), and a computer computer (1 ) provided with the software necessary for the operation of the system (4).
