System monitoring and aerial reconnaissance for fire prevention has its main application in detecting incipient outbreaks of fire in the open, in order to avoid the formation of forest fires of great magnitude. It is capable of monitoring large areas of land. It is based on an unmanned aircraft carrying an array of sensors for detecting fires and is in permanent communication with a mobile ground station.
