The mesh 1 is introduced via the upper end of the tubular support 8 in order to form a bag shape 1a, for receiving the products 17, secured at the bottom by clasping blades 10 and 11 and closed at said lower end in the preceding operation of manufacture of a bag. A tube 15, coaxial with 8, provides mesh which, in combination with the weight of the product 17, generates a bag shape 1b, supported by the blades 10 and 11, which, upon separation, gives rise to the lengthening of the mesh under gravity, placing the bag shape between the blades 10 and 11 or at a lower level. The closure of the blades gives rise to the recovery of excess mesh, whilst the stamping, closure and cutting means form the bag 1c. The invention improves the treatment of products, especially delicate products, and also saves mesh. IMAGE
