The citric fruit ripening chamber ethylene concentration meter comprises an ethylene analyzer (2) connected to an automatic monitor (1), and a carbon dioxide analyzer (6). The monitor (1) has an ethylene concentration alarm (14) and a carbon dioxide alarm (13). Electrically-controlled valves (10) facilitate injection of ethylene into the chambers, which have door-mounted photoelectric cells (11), and air change fans (12).
