The present invention pertains to the field of computing techniques and can be used in the development of systems for the high-speed and real-time processing of large data streams. The purpose of this invention is to reduce the execution complexity of data switching operations and to increase the operation speed. The use of this uniform computing system enables a two-fold increase in the yield when executing logic-arithmetic operations, and multiplies said yield several tens of times when switching data in streams (sorting, permutation, stuffing, elimination).
