My invention refers for the first time in the use of olive kernel for producing other than seed oil and kernel with controllable moisture and temperature values during composting and controllable humification using bags to avoid loss of humidity. The method was applied in selfsame olive kernel as well as composted with agricultural rejects. The results were proven to be very encouraging concerning the quality of the produced soil improving biohumic fertilizer.
