MAGAZINE-LOADED OVER-CALIBRE NON-LETHAL KINETIC ENERGY PROJECTILE INITIATED BY PROJECTILE OF THE LIVE AMMUNITION WITH PIVOTING MAGAZINE ASSEMBLY

When mounted, the axis of symmetry (6) of the non-lethal kinetic energy projectiles (1) contained in the magazine (12) is aligned with the axis of symmetry of the bore (17) at the distance of retainer (T) taken from the muzzle (22). The projectile of the live ammunition fired (4) impacts into the non-lethal kinetic energy projectile (1), gets distorted and the two projectiles fly together towards the target. When the non-lethal kinetic energy projectiles (1) have been emptied from their magazine (12) the empty magazine (12) will not impede to fire normal shots. When the magazine (12) is not empty and a normal shot must be fired in the weapon, then the magazine (12) can be turned away from the axis of symmetry of the bore (17) either manually by means of spring force by the pivoting coupling (18) and in this way the assembly mounted on the weapon will not hinder the firing of the normal shot.
