The machine has two longitudinal rods (3,4), parallel to each other and firmly fastened above a worktable (2). A carriage (15) may be placed on the rods. It has two grooves (15a-e) accommodating the rods and there are clamping screws (16,17) which hold the carriage at any position along the length of the rods, and in one of two lateral positions. The carriage accommodate a hand crank (12) turning in a vertical bearing and holding the inverted cup-shaped tool (11) on its lower end. It is spring-loaded (19) downward.
