The servo mechanism has a tile cutter for cutting tiles, and several servomechanisms (60) at both sides of the base (10). The servomechanism has a roller (64) for the controlling of the height, so that an upward roller is positioned at a higher position than the surface of the base. A back-up pressure is produced, so that the tile can be moved higher than the surface of the base standing roller. An anti-sliding surface (11) at the surface of the base is provided.
