PURPOSE: A mixed grains shattered in a size of polished rice is provided to intake balanced nutrition. CONSTITUTION: Mixed grains and production method thereof comprises the steps of: peeling the epidermal layer of beans(S2); cutting the peeled beans to many pieces(S3); storing grains and the cut beans in a tank(S6); withdrawing the grains and the cut beans in the tank in a definite rate and mixing (S7); wrapping the mixed beans and grains in a definite weight(S10).
