DECOMPOSITION CULTURE OF AZO DYES

摘要

PURPOSE: The culture is separated which can decolor and decompose the high concentration of azo dyes in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A sample from dyeing industry is suspended in a sterilized water, followed by being smearing on the first separating medium, which contains the azo dyes as a carbon source, and cultured for 5 days to select the strain. The obtained strain is inoculated in the second liquid culture medium, which contains the azo dyes to give Enterobacter sp. SCK to decompose high effectively the azo dyes.
