PURPOSE: A device for absorb-treating the moisture generated from a drying and a fermenting processes of food waste is provided. CONSTITUTION: A device of a stinking gas treating system comprises: a dehumidifier(2) filled of a metal wire mesh or a glass fiber for eliminating a moisture and an oil; a cyclone(6); an air-cooling typed heat exchanger(17); an instrument for eliminating a stinking gas from a food waste by using an activated carbon; an instrument for saving energy by collecting a waste heat from a process eliminating the moisture by a heat exchange; and a control box containing plural switches and electromagnetic instruments.
