PURPOSE: An apparatus for displaying a deposit function and a deposit sum on a television is provided. CONSTITUTION: A coin slot is established on the television. A coin detector(32) detects a coin throwing to generate a detection signal to a television microcomputer(20). At the microcomputer(20) counts the number of coins responsive to the coin detected signal. The counted sum is stored at a memory(26). If user wants to display the counted sum, the microcomputer(20) reads the data stored at the memory(26) to display the read data to a TV screen(25).
